The company's specialized TOP-LINE KSH2 series press, designed for the hydrogen industry, addresses the complex challenge of stamping ultra-thin stainless steel or titanium alloy bipolar plates (under 0.1mm thick) at high speeds, achieving a remarkable production rate of 60 plates per minute – a pace that significantly surpasses the industry average, which typically reaches around 15 plates per minute.
This high performance is achieved while maintaining exceptional precision, with a cast iron bed ensuring minimal deformation (deflection less than 0.04 mm/m).
The press leverages innovative designs, including bionic structural inspirations (e.g., honeycomb bed structures), servo-drive technology, and AI-controlled management systems.These features guarantee superior processing accuracy, extended service life, and long-term stability, aiming for a 100% product qualification rate for customers.
